PREPARATION
We sort through items that are being sold and price based on market value. We have expertise with most items, including furniture, china, crystal, glass, collectibles, tools, and more. When required, we use insight from appraisers and other experts. After pricing items, the home is staged and organized so that buyers can see what is available for purchase. Tables, racks, and other display pieces are brought in to showcase your items to their best advantage.
SALE
We come up with mutually agreeable dates and times for the sale to take place. Extensive advertisement via our mailing list, multiple websites, and media platforms draws in traffic so that profits are maximized. Professionally designed lawn signs are strategically placed in the area to direct people to your home.
After the sale, we can help you make arrangements for cleanouts, moving, and "broom clean services."
